Bioefficacy of Lemongrass and Tea Tree Essential Oils Against House Fly, Musca domestica
Proc Natl Acad Sci India Sect B Biol Sci, Feb 18, 2021; DOI: 10.1007/s40011-020-01220-z

Acetylcholinesterase (AChE) activity was assayed by using Ellman’s reagent, DTNB [14] at 412 nm. The reaction mixture composed of 10 µL enzyme sample with 180 µL Ellman’s reagent was diluted with 10 µL dH2O in the presence of 20 µL Acetylthiocholine (20 mM) as substrate. The enzyme activity was measured in U/mg of extract.
