IPSCs were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde solution (Wako) prior to staining with specific primary antibodies. Teratoma sections were fixed in paraformaldehyde, processed, and embedded in paraffin. All of the sectioning and histopathology procedures were performed at the DF/HCC Research Pathology Core. Slides were analyzed by hematoxylin and eosin staining or immunostaining with specific primary antibodies.
