The Cobb angle will be measured using a standing, full-spine X-ray image in the anteroposterior view. The most tilted vertebrae above and below the curve will be determined first. These vertebrae will be those where the endplates are most tilted towards each other [44]. The angle between the intersecting lines drawn perpendicular to the top of the top vertebra and the bottom of the bottom vertebra will be measured as the Cobb angle.
