HEK293T cells were seeded into a 96-well plate at 106 cells per well and then incubated for 24 h at 37 °C under 5% CO2. Aptarray (final concentration in each well, 9.3–56 nM) was added to the cells and they were incubated for 30 min. The cells were then incubated with H2O2 (final concentration in each well, 0–2000 μM) for 24 h at 37 °C with 5% CO2. Cytotoxicity assay by cell-counting kit was then performed to evaluate cell viability.
