When the tumor volume of H22 tumor-bearing mice grew up to 100-150 mm3, the mice were randomly divided into three groups (n = 4 per group) and then intravenously injected with 0.1 mL of Mn-TCPP, MOF or Mn-MOF at Zr dosage of 5 mg/kg and Mn dosage of 1 mg/kg. At 24 h post-injection, the mice were sacrificed, and their major organs (heart, liver, spleen, lung and kidney) and tumors were collected and completely digested with Aqua Regia. Zr and Mn contents were determined by ICP-MS and expressed as percent of the injected Zr and Mn dose per gram of tissue.
