H22 cells were treated with Mn-TCPP, MOF or Mn-MOF at the Zr concentration of 10 μg/mL and Mn concentration of 2 μg/mL under normoxia for 10 h, followed with or without US irradiation (1 MHz, 0.9 W/cm2, 30% duty cycle) for 10 min. The cells were washed with PBS three times and then lysed by repeated cycles of freezing and thawing. The supernatants were collect, and the GPX4 activity and LPO levels were determined by glutathione peroxidase assay kit and LPO assay kit, respectively.
