Descriptive statistics for toxic metal distribution by season and sampling sites were performed using the Minitab 17 Statistical Software (Minitab, Inc., State College, PA, USA). The statistical analysis to assess the relationship between sampling site PM2.5 concentrations was carried out using Student’s t test for paired comparisons between municipalities (statistically significant differences (CI: 95%, p < 0.05)). The toxic metal distribution and sampling site comparison graphs were generated and plotted using GraphPad Prism 8.0.0 for Windows (GraphPad Software, San Diego, CA, USA). The determination of the LC50 for the airborne PM2.5 graphs was generated using the ATT Bioquest LC50 Calculator (ATT Bioquest, Inc. 2020).
