For multiple comparisons, statistical significance was determined by 1-way ANOVA with post hoc Tukey’s test. Comparisons between 2 experimental conditions were done by 1-tailed Student’s t test, unless otherwise indicated. For comparison of distributions, statistical significance was determined by the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. A P value of less than 0.05 was considered significant. Data were analyzed using Prism 7 (GraphPad).
