GraphPad Prism v6.00 (GraphPad Software Inc., San Diego, CA, USA) was used for statistical analysis. The quantitative triple quadrupole data were log-transformed and expressed as mean ± SEM after two-tailed t tests were carried out. Statistical tests for data without normal distribution (such as a Kruskal-Wallis test) were used for nonnormal distributed data. Comparisons with P < 0.05 were generally assigned to be statistically significant and noted on each graph, unless stated otherwise.
