B16F10 melanoma cells were purchased from the University of Texas (UT) MD Anderson Cancer Center Cell core [originally from the American Type Culture Collection (Manassas, VA)]. Cells were cultured in Dulbecco’s modified Eagle’s medium (DMEM) supplemented with 10% heat-inactivated fetal bovine serum (FBS). Cell cultures were grown at 37°C in a humidified 5% CO2 atmosphere.
