Naive CD4+CD45RBhigh T cells were flow cytometry–sorted from spleens of wild-type and BMPR1αT− mice, and 5 × 105 cells per mouse was transferred intravenously into TCRα knockout C57BL6 mice. Mice were monitored every 2 to 3 days for 3 weeks.
