Cells lysates were resolved in SDS-PAGE gels and transferred to polyvinylidene fluoride membrane. Membrane was then incubated with 1:2000 anti-HEXIM1, 1:5000 anti-AFF4, 1:1000 anti-β-tubulin, 1:5000 anti-FLAG, 1:5000 anti-CCNT1, 1:5000 anti-CDK9, and 1:2000 anti-ENL antibody diluted in TBST (tris-buffered saline with Tween 20) and incubated overnight at 4°C. Horseradish peroxidase–conjugated secondary antibodies (Sigma) were used at a dilution of 1:5000. Enhanced chemiluminescence substrate (Millipore) was applied to the membrane for imaging by autoradiography.
