MCF10A cells were plated on the PA and silicone gels at a density of 2600 cells/cm2 and imaged after 24 hours with phase-contrast microscopy on an Olympus IX81 microscope with a 20× objective (0.40 NA; Zyla 4.2 sCMOS camera). Cell area was manually measured and analyzed with ImageJ.
