Sci Adv, Jan 22, 2020; DOI: 10.1126/sciadv.aax8820

WT C57BL/6N male mice (8 weeks old) were infected with S. aureus (1 × 107 CFUs per head). Mouse peritoneal cells were collected at 24 hours after model establishment, and CD11b+Gr-1+Sca-1 and CD11b+Gr-1+Sca-1+ cells were sorted using a BD FACSaria III (BD Biosciences, San Jose, CA, USA).
