Mice were subcutaneously immunized with 200 μg of myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (amino acids 35 to 55) in a total of 200 μl of emulsified incomplete Freund’s adjuvant supplemented with 1 mg of Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Difco) (complete Freund’s adjuvant). Mice received intraperitoneal injections of 200 ng of pertussis toxin (List Biological Laboratories) at the time of immunization and 2 days later. Flow cytometry analysis was performed on cells isolated from indicated organs at day 16 after immunization.
