All statistical analyses were performed using Microsoft Excel. Data are shown in dot plots or histograms as mean ± SD. Statistical analysis between different experimental groups was determined by two-tailed Student’s t tests. In general, for samples with low variation, three to five biological replicates per condition were analyzed in each experiment, including RT-qPCR, ChIP-qPCR, and Western blotting. A value of P < 0.05 is considered to be statistically significant.
