Data from PCA and minigenome assays were analyzed statistically by comparing data from at least three independent experiments (with each data point performed in triplicate) with a negative “Ø” and a positive “wt” control (unless otherwise indicated in the figures) using Student’s t test. Statistically significant differences at P < 0.05 and below with respect to the negative and positive control are quoted by stars. Correlation studies were performed using Pearson’s r correlation test.
