Electrical transport measurements in this work were conducted in three measurement systems: a Physics Property Measurement System from Quantum Design for the low temperature and static magnetic field measurements, a pulsed high magnetic field facility at Wuhan National High Magnetic Field Center (China), and a dilution refrigerator MNK126-450 system with static magnetic fields for an ultralow-temperature environment. Results from different systems and different samples are reproducible and consistent. Standard four (six)–probe method was used for measuring resistivity (resistivity and Hall trace) with the excitation current always flowing along the a axis of ZrTe5 in our electrical transport measurements.
