The as-grown SWCNT samples were characterized by an SEM (Hitachi S-4800) at an accelerating voltage of 1 kV and using a Raman spectrometer (inVia, Renishaw) with excitation wavelengths of 488, 532, 633, and 785 nm. Raman mapping was performed to obtain more quantitative results about the SWCNT content. Because the spot size of the laser was smaller than 2 μm and the SWCNT length was approximately 2 to 5 μm, as obtained from SEM characterization, an 8-μm spacing was used to avoid the overcounting of the same SWCNT. The equation ωRBM = 235.9/dt + 5.5 was used to calculate the diameter of SWCNT, and (n, m) assignment was performed according to the method previously proposed (32).
