摘要：长爪沙鼠精子体外受精是确保遗传多样性的重要基础性工作，也是实验动物生物净化的常用技术。我们通过实验验证制定本技术规程。结果表明，方法有效可行，为后续其他工作奠定了良好基础。

  4. 手术器械（镊子，手术剪，显微镊，显微剪）
