材料与试剂

一、材料

1. 移液器：10 μL（Eppendorf Research^®, catalog number: 3120000224）；200 μL （Eppendorf Research^®, catalog number: 3120000259）；1 mL （Eppendorf Research^®,catalog number: 3120000267）；
2.  枪头：10 μL（Axygen^®, catalog number: AXYT300）；200 μL （Axygen^®, catalog number: AXYT200Y）；1 mL （Axygen^®, catalog number: AXYT1000B）；
3. 离心管：15 mL（Axygen^®, catalog number: AXYSCT15ML25S）；1.5 mL （Axygen^®, catalog number: AXYMCT150C）；
4. 移液管（Corning^®, catalog number: CLS4488）；
5. 细胞培养瓶（Corning^®, catalog number: CLS430168）；
   
6. 96孔细胞低吸附U底板（SUMILON PrimeSurface^TM, catalog number: MS-9096UZ）。

二、试剂

1. 胎牛血清（Gibco^® 10091-148）；
2. 无血清培养基（根据细胞种类，选择相应培养基）；
   注1：“结果与分析”项中涉及的HepG2人肝癌细胞株用DMEM培养基 （Gibco^® , catalog number: 10313-021），MCF-7人乳腺癌细胞株用RPMI1640培养基 （Gibco^®, catalog number: A10491-01）。
   
3. 细胞培养用抗生素（10,000 U/ mL 青霉素与链霉素, Gibco^®, catalog number: A15140-122）；
4. PBS缓冲液（碧云天, catalog number: ST447）；
5. 2% 异戊二醛（Sigma-Aldrich, catalog number: 354400）；
6. Cell Counting Kit-8（CCK-8）检测试剂 （碧云天, catalog number: C0039）；
7. 0.25% 胰蛋白酶溶液（Merck, catalog number: 59428C）；（Merck, catalog number: 59428C）；
8. RPMI1640完全培养基（见溶液配方）；
9. DMEM完全培养基（见溶液配方）。

仪器设备

1. 高压灭菌锅（HITACHI SX-700）；
2. 生物安全柜（Thermo Fisher Scientific 1384）；
3. Lionheart™ FX 智能活细胞成像分析系统（BioTek）；
4. 二氧化碳培养箱（Thermo Fisher Scientific 3111）；
5. 离心机（Eppendorf^® Centrifuge Mini Spin）。
