摘要：固有淋巴样细胞是近年来新发现的一群缺乏T、B细胞抗原特异性受体的天然免疫细胞亚群，主要分布在器官和黏膜组织，对维持组织免疫稳态具有重要调节作用，而其功能异常可导致组织炎症性疾病如炎症性肠病和哮喘等疾病的发生。目前关于这类细胞的发育调控、组织特异性、以及细胞命运的可塑性等方面还没有完全研究清楚，因此本实验基于肠道富含各种固有淋巴样细胞亚群，拟通过多色流式染色技术，建立分析肠道固有层固有淋巴样细胞三个亚群组成及深度解析细胞表型的方法。
