摘要：人外周血是最容易获取的人体样本，在医学类科研工作中至关重要。如何最大化、最高效地观察和利用有限的人外周血标本，通过一次实验检测得到更多的结果指标，对现有的实验研究意义重大。因此本文主要描述如何进行25色流式检测及介绍相关分析方法，通过对单个细胞同时检测25个参数，可以实现对外周血各种免疫细胞亚群的全景式描述，以及对某种细胞亚群的深度表型分析。

  4. 96孔圆底板 (Corning, catalog number: 351177)
  5. BD Falcon流式管 (Corning, catalog number: 352052)
  6. 70 μm滤膜 (Corning, catalog number: 352350)
