A375PR1 cells were treated with 8 µg/ml actinomycin D (Sigma-Aldrich, saint Louis, Missouri, USA) and RNA was harvested at different time points (0, 2, 6 and 10 h) followed by cDNA synthesis and reverse transcription quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR).
