5-HT2A receptor binding assay

Radioligand binding was performed using membranes from CHO-K1 cells stably transfected with the human 5-HT2A receptor (PerkinElmer). All assays were carried out in duplicates. Data were fitted to a one-site curve-fitting equation with Prism 6 (GraphPad Software) and Ki values were estimated from the Cheng − Prusoff equation.
